IceBoro started with a simple idea: what if your neighborhood café and bar didn't have to be two different places? We opened our doors on El Camino Real to bring Carlsbad a spot where the coffee is just as intentional as the cocktails, and where every guest — whether they're grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a long evening — feels like they belong.

Our space is designed to be warm and welcoming, with soft plum tones, natural wood, and plenty of room to spread out or curl up. We source our coffee from local roasters, our spirits from small distilleries, and our food from ingredients we can actually name.
